AS EASY AS A.P.C.

I was first introduced to the French clothing line A.P.C. while working at Anthropologie a few years back.  One of our concepts for fall was inspired by the clean, minimalist look that the brand is known for, and I instantly fell in love.  Founder and owner Jean Touitou teamed up with designer Vanessa Seward for a capsule collection debuting this fall, and the pairing could not be better.  Seward, former creative director for Azzaro, is known for her understated, enviable style which works perfectly with A.P.C.'s aesthetic.  The pieces, which range from feminine silk blouses to a metallic jacquard cocktail dress, are the epitome of French cool.  "There's no message behind the collection," Seward explains, "it's just clothes girls want to wear."  I couldn't agree more.
